We have made and sold over 4000 mantles over the last 18 years!!!
The mantles in this auction is hand made in the USA.
Old World mantle design (available in aged or rustic textures).
EACH MANTLE IS MADE TO ORDER (COMPLETION TIME IS 1 TO 2 WEEKS). Many designs in stock.
This mantle can be made larger or smaller (up to 80” wide and as narrow as 56”- overall width).
The leg height is adjustable to lower the inside opening, or increase the overall height of the mantle.
It is made out of a proprietary high strength concrete stone mixture that is approximately 7000 psi (most materials in the industry are approximately 4000 psi).
We also use an extensive fiber reinforcement material in our stone mixture that makes for a VERY strong material.
The texture can be made smooth (shown in pictures) or medium to very rustic.
The color can be made lighter or darker (limestone to Travertine) with or without holes.
The cast stone can also be stained to make it look more Rustic Old World, Tuscan and or Mediterranean (there are a world of possibilities).
The mantle shown in the pictures have a light Grey stain applied (staining not included in price).
The trim pieces that go around fire box and inside of mantle are available (same stone material), but not included in this auction. These are 7/8" thick.
The Hearth Plate on the bottom (floor) is 20” deep x 1-1/2” thick.  It comes in 3 sections
and IS INCLUDED
in this auction.

Overall Width:  71” wide (adjustable up to 80”, or smaller down to 59”-optional)
Overall Height: 58.50” tall     Inside:  42"w x 40"h (optional adjustable)
Option on Height: Can be taller and wider
Top shelf is 6.5” thick and Protrudes 16" (sticks out away from wall).

Note: This mantle design is made with an upper section that is more curvy (Man-120). We also have this same design available with no curve (Design: Man-121).
