- You will receive one shirt, carefully hand folded from a single American one dollar bill.  The bills used are brand new from the mint, never circulated, carefully handled.  I'm somewhat of a "purest", so I don't believe in using tape or glue.  You could disassemble this to see, but I wouldn't recommend unless you have experience with origami.
